Return and Refund Policy
In order to be eligible for refund, we ask that you record an unboxing video. Plese begin recording prior to the start of opening. If purchased items are damaged upon receipt, as evidenced by video, we will issue a refund of items. You have 14 days from purchase date to initiate refund. You can initiate refund by emailing us a message with the unboxing video at stopthesquish@gmail.com to let us know you'd like a refund.
